  • Active employees who are Regence members on metallic plans. As long as they complete their Health Assessment and biometric screening within the first four months of your group plan’s effective/renewal date, you will both receive rewards. Employees who join your company more than four months after your plan’s effective date are eligible for the standard $25 gift card incentive through Regence Empower, which they can access at regence.com. NOTE: Regence Standard plans and Bronze BolsterCare 9000 do not offer a premium discount, and wellness incentives are up to $25.

  • Yes. Spouses and partners of your employees are eligible for the $150 annual well-being reward if eligible within the first four months of your group plan’s effective date. If eligible after that four months, they’ll earn the standard $25 reward. Dependents are eligible for a $25 annual reward for completing other well-being activities.

  • Make sure they’re registered for an account on regence.com using their correct birth date and medical ID—not their dental ID—found on their member ID card. They can re-register for an account to make sure information was entered correctly. If they’re still not seeing Regence Empower once they sign in, they should call the Customer Service phone number found on the back of their member ID card to confirm that Regence has the correct address on file and can validate their enrollment status.

  • Advise them to enter just the nine numerical digits of their member ID number, leaving out the letters in front of it. They should not include any letters when registering. If the issue persists, have them contact Customer Service at the number found on the back of their member ID card to confirm the correct address is on file and validate enrollment status.

  • The registration key is “MetallicProgram” (no spaces, case-sensitive). This key can be found within the member experience on the Program Summary page, accessed by clicking Earn from the Regence Empower dashboard

  • Yes! Your employee is encouraged to bring the Physician Form to their annual wellness visit with their provider to earn rewards for both the biometric screening and annual wellness exam. The visit must be within the first four months of your plan’s effective date to earn both the $100 and $20 rewards.

  • Item desGift cards will be rewarded once the claim for the annual preventive visit has been cleared, which can take up to 60 days.cription

  • They can go to Regence Empower through their regence.com account, click on Rewards then view Program Summary and/or Eligible Activities. They’re encouraged to follow the prompts to engage in and track completion of the additional well-being activities. For any questions, encourage them to contact Customer Service at the number on the back of their member ID card.
